Do you play DooM more than any other game? It has to be DOOM.
Ever played multiplayer DooM? If so, what? I was on Skulltag when it was active. I've also tried Chocolate-DOOM multiplayer which was quite fun.
About when did you start playing DooM? Can't remember, but I started speedrunning around 2009.
Do you make maps? No, not yet.
DOOM3? It's the cinematic iteration of DOOM and I enjoyed it for what it was.
Favorite monster? Revenant. Lanky crackheads that somehow ends up being one of the most versatile monsters in the game.
Most hated monster? Pain Elemental. It spawns those Hell Knats/Irritants, and serves no other purpose aside from pissing me off.
Music you like? Dubstep (Oldschool/Underground). Mainstream dubstep is like every other type of Mainstream music.
Movies you like? I don't really watch movies.
Girl/guy who lights your fire? A lot.
Current type of internet connection? A terrible one.

more info: I'd like to thank j4rio, Bloodite Krypto, Tatsurd-cacocaco, and blob1024 for being main inspirations to speedrun.

Radek Pecka was an indirect inspiration if you'd call it that as he was one of my favorite CN Runners.
